unfortunately we do not keep a record of passwords, however you are more than welcome to log a ticket and request that we change your password for you. If you are not the account holder you will need to request the account holder to do so on your behalf for security reasons, as we only provide passwords to client that are registered with their email addresses on your billing system, this is a security precaution to protect your email account.
